Electronic securities are the digital form of traditional financial instruments. According to the German Electronic Securities Act (eWpG), the physical paper certificate is replaced by an entry in a secure digital register. Different types of securities can be represented electronically, such as electronic shares or bearer bonds. The exact terms and conditions and rights always depend on the specific offer. All details can be found in the respective issue documents.
No. Unlike unregulated cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, the offerings on tacct.eu are strictly regulated financial instruments under German law. Although modern technology (e.g. blockchain/distributed ledger technology) is used for digital record keeping, these are legally clearly defined securities with securitised rights (e.g. interest and repayment claims).
This is an important aspect for your security. Many crowd investments are structured as subordinated loans. This means that in the event of insolvency, all other creditors (e.g. banks) are paid first. ‘Non-subordinated’ means that your claims are treated on an equal footing with other unsecured creditors. This significantly improves your position compared to typical subordinated loans.
As a platform for financial instruments, we are subject to strict regulatory requirements, in particular the Money Laundering Act (GwG). We are legally obliged to verify the identity of our users beyond doubt (Know Your Customer - KYC). PostIdent (via eID, video chat or in branch) is a secure and established procedure for fulfilling these obligations and ensuring the integrity of the platform.
The OmniPersona app is your personal digital safe (wallet) and your access key. You need the app to securely manage your identity, authorise transactions and safely store the electronic securities purchased on tacct.eu. OmniPersona creates a key pair that is stored in the so-called secure storage on your smartphone. This is used for digital signatures – it's the only way we can do without paper.
As a securities broker, we attach great importance to maximum transparency. This includes providing honest information about all risks associated with a security – any capital investment can lead to a total loss. We invest a lot of time in identifying the specific risks for each issue and detailing them in a separate document. We see ourselves explicitly as a broker and not as an investment advisor. We provide as much information as possible so that you can make your own investment decisions.
Investor protection is central to our business. tacct GmbH operates as a contractually bound intermediary (VGV) and operates under the liability umbrella of Effecta GmbH. Effecta GmbH is a securities institution supervised by BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority).
This means that we are subject to the strict requirements of the European financial market directive MiFID II. This ensures high standards of transparency, due diligence and compliance with rules of conduct.
Important: We expressly do not offer investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. To assist you in this, detailed information and separate risk warnings are provided as a document for each issue.
Our goal is to bring companies onto the platform that strengthen Europe's independence and technological sovereignty. This focus is shaped by the founders of tacct, both veterans of the Air Force. We carry out the legally required checks in accordance with the ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) principle, thereby recording the ownership structure of the issuing company. It is important to understand that we do not check whether the business model works technically or economically. The assessment of the project is the responsibility of the investor.

Donaustahl GmbH
Modular drone systems & electronic components
5.9% p.a. | up to 2.5% bonus | 36-month term
‘I don't want to have projects sitting in a drawer. I want to have products in my warehouses.’
Stefan Thumann, CEO & Chief Designer
Donaustahl is positioning itself as the future market leader and system provider for modern drone warfare. The company's vision is to become the leading European provider of cost-effective and scalable drone systems for defence purposes.
At the heart of its strategy is the development of modular platforms such as the ‘ALMP MAUS’, a flexibly adaptable loitering munition that can be adapted to various deployment scenarios. In parallel, Donaustahl is developing strategic electronic components, in particular the ‘Combat Stack’, a mass-producible control unit that is to be established as the standard for European FPV quadcopters. Through this vertically integrated value chain, the company aims to strengthen the defence capabilities of democratic states.

Riseport GmbH
AI-supported, passive sensor fusion for drone defence
6.0% p.a. | up to 2.0% bonus | 36-month term
‘Europe's arms industry and politicians have a moral and security policy obligation to ensure their defence capabilities through their own efforts.’
Emanuel Aprill, founder of RISEPORT Europe
RISEPORT addresses the critical capability gap in defending against modern drones, against which traditional RF-based jamming systems are ineffective. The vision is to restore asymmetry on the modern battlefield through technological superiority.
The core product, the ‘ARGOS’ Active Protection System, is based on proprietary, AI-supported and passive sensor fusion. Instead of searching for radio signals, the system detects the physical presence of threats through a combination of acoustic and optical sensors. The key competitive advantage lies in the AI software: neural networks analyse the sensor data, classify threats in real time and filter out false alarms. This passive approach is future-proof, as it also detects autonomous and fibre-optic-controlled drones and does not reveal its own position through active signals.
